This question has been raised before and I have not found a definitive answer. We're submitting our I-751 ROC next week and would appreciate input.

My son is 24 years old, Canadian living in Canada, didn't want to move to the U.S. with me and was not listed on any previous paperwork. Should I list him on the I-751 application or not? Should I list him but add a note saying that he has no A# and is not immigrating?

From what I've read, I will have to list him on the N-400 application - will it seem odd if he's suddenly listed there but has not been included anywhere before then?

Thanks!

Hello!

I will be removing conditions pretty soon this year and so i was reading a lot thru this process.. I think you need to put your son there in the I-751 form even if she's not in the US. There will be an option in Part 5 if living with you, then just choose option for NO.

I listed my adult child on my application. I felt I needed to since he was listed on my K-1 application since he was only 20 at the time (even though he was not moving with me). I did say no he didn't live with me on my I-751. I also explained it in my cover letter.
