NVC 1864 missing documents HEPL!!!!

Just yesterday i recieved a checklist of missing documents for my I864.

They say im missing my joint sponsors proof of US Citizenship but i sent in her birth certificate. (she was born in the US)

Also i sent in her W2 form but they say im missing:

Federal income tax returns, literal printouts from IRS (RTFTP) or a Letter 1722 issued by the IRS are missing/incomplete for the year(s):

can someone please tell me what they mean? Or what i should send in with her W2 form?

Not sure about the proof of citizenship part

The second part is that they are requesting tax transcripts from the IRS. If you only provided w2's that is not sufficient information. They are asking for the tax transcripts for the years of the w2's you sent.

You can go to the IRS.gov website and follow the instructions for obtaining the transcripts.
