What the title says. I know ive seen it before, but i forgot exactly what it says. It just looks like a technical drawing of the VO window, and all the dimensions of it and whatnot inside GUZ. Now that we're shopping around for interview equipment, i need to know exactly whats going to fit and what wont.

You don't need to know what won't fit. Just have everything secured with paper clips or binder clips in relatively small sections. Forget about binders and books. "Papers" fit. I suggest a $5 plastic accordion file form Walmart for organizing the various sets of documents. Then the applicant simply hands over the things asked for instead of everything at once.

The only thing that might not fit through, is a photo book.

You can make a photo book (one or many) from a vinyl 'sheet portfolio' thingie - usually 20 pages of 'clear plastic pocket' inside. If you are shopping for this in China - it is sold at most stores that cater to school children in A4 size. Bookstore, stationery store, copy store - usually they have these things, is very common thing to buy.

Usually, there is NOT a hard spine on it, the whole thing can flex.

Loaded, with 40 pages, it's about 2.9 cm thickness.

I made mine with 'heavy paper' - using a sheet that was USA letter size, and trimming that to fit into the A4 paper holder. Then - each of these heavy paper sheets - I used glue stick to attach photos to it. There were 10 pages of our wedding photos (using 5 sheets of the portfolio) then 15 sheets of photos of me, her, with her family, across Wuhan and Chengdu (thats 30 pages, 15 front and back) - total photo count, IIRC, was about 70 photos, total.

All the rest of the paperwork that you need to hand over, will go through that slot, no problem.

If you can't view the photo from the usa.bbs.net website - we keep a copy over at http://chinafamilyvisa.com in FAQs listing, at http://www.chinafamilyvisa.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=69

Good Luck !
