In my opinion whether or not a U.S. Citizen is married / divorced / single is none of the CFO business. I would discuss this with your fiance or husband before giving out any personal information to the CFO.

r u getting ready to file I-129f?..G-325a i signed,scanned and sent by ymto my finace..as i know 1 for u n one for ur fiance,his the one send it to uscis together with our pics,his documents too..

now what u need to ready is ur documents n requirements to bring at ur interview..like pics,ds-156,ds-157 signed,affidavit of support form from ur fiance original ha,passport,bc and cenomar..actually its all here..just type at search bar all u want to know girl..

They will know..thats what i heard from that counseling..once they type the US citizen/ur fiance they will know how many divorce he had or if he in the block list.,etc..so u better know all about him,actually yah that is none of their business..they do that counseling for us to have knowledge and be aware of whatever happens..they will give info.too. Still its our choices..thats what we want..their are not the wall for it k..

They will not know..... Not like in the Philippines there is a centralized database that keeps track of your marriage records, here in the United states there is no such thing, In order for the CFO to know if anyone in the USA is married or not then they will need to be electronically connected every County recorders office in the United States and even then for example here in Las Vegas if your divorce is older then 10 years the Country recorders office has a difficult time finding proof of ones divorce. The CFO is basically intimidating anyone who is a applicant to tell the truth and to make you believe that they will find everything out. Its all a bluff and a waste of ones money. Another way to gouge....... Philippine RED TAPE...

If you tell them that you are marrying Joe Schmo or Larry the Painter there is no way that they can prove to you who the person is..... its all a joke....... the CFO is a piece of WORK !!!
