Hii to all Vj members here again...

I attend CFO seminar yesterday and same day i got it...tnx god..

What an embarrasing moments at airport..really sad when i heard they will not allowed me to get on plane... well its our mistake ..and now we learned..now that i have it..i still have question ..confused on the waiver that the supervisor gave me inside of the airport..now i want an answer/help here from you my Vj members what to do with this..im really getting crazy now ha ..i dont want any hassle again or canceled flyt next i get there at airport..so i want to be sure i will get on plane and no more problem to be incountered..plz help me about this..what to do..so i can fix if there's have...

yes my passport have already..

Its a waiver authority slip..says>>reason of exemption: no cfo..and have note here: #4. this form should be presented to the airport ticket office on the same date of issuance..but the cfo officer inside of PAl..told me when u hve already cfo certificate n stamp..no more go here with us..you will have to go at immirgartion and get yyour boarding pass..so like i said i am just confused for what is this waiver they gave...i just wanna make sure this would not cause a problem again getting on plane on the day we plan of my flyt...

i am new here and curious about the CFO seminar. i am from davao and i want to prepare or to have some ideas on how to do it when our time comes.

i wonder if i can do all of it the day before my flight to US? to save trip

do i need to stay in the hotel for a day or so to do it? cos i will bring my luggage during the seminar

and i am little confuse about the Visa fee that you gonna pay before the interview, where are you to pay it in advance?

Maybe it would better if you start your own thread. I think you would get more help that way.

About the CFO seminar...you can do it in one day in Manila. You might want to plan one day for the CFO, and then fly out the next day.

About the visa fee...I think it is still $131 and you pay for it at BDO. Make sure you fill out the proper forms and take them with you to BDO. I forget what the proper forms are. I think it is the DS-156 and another one. Once you have paid for your visa, I think that BDO gives you form DS-157. I'm sure other VJers will chime in with the correct answer on this one.

Take the seminar when you receive your passport and attached visa. I would not recommend waiting the day before your flight to the U.S. to finish anything!

It seems to state that the reason you were denied a bording pass was because of no CFO...

Now that you have the sticker in your passport I would think you can file it under lesson learned...

hi girl...about s cfo ung sakin naman the day my flight i went to cfo in the morning then hapon naman ung flight ko,so my time p ko nun s umga,,,wen b flight mo?

Davao kasi ako kaya mahirap para sakin na pumunta sa manila for interview and medical exam, then balik again for CFO seminar bago flight to US. Kasi for us to save trip, I am just planning to do it the day before my flight.

I am also worried about Visa fee kung BDO davao branch will accept my payment but will call them tomorrow to inquire.

Is there anything I need to prepare that you can suggest?

By the way girl..u can attend CFO na in advance kahit wla ka pang visa..kasi yung iba ko na nakasabay sa counseling..wla pa eh..so u can attend it now na..so when u got ur visa..u can plan na for buying ticket..just bring ur passport some id too..dun ka narin bibigyan ng form nila..u can fill out it der b4 the counseling session..ready 650 pesos..just hve a list of ur fiance's info..kasi kaylanagan alam mo un lahat ok..even landline number nya..maiden name ng mother nya..sinasabi ko na lahat sau para alam mo na ang expectations der.. yung iba kasi di nabigyan kasi di alam lahat ng info ng fiance eh..tapos bumagsak ata sa nterview,ung one on one counseling with the counselors...so go na now para ready na yang cfo mo..sandali lng naman un..halos 6 hrs lang ako nadun eh..
