Children on Derivative Visas

I occasionally see questions from people who are having trouble with K-2 visas, or adjusting, or dealing with green card renewal for their children, etc.

I know that we have a few fairly well informed members, but most VJ users don't have this complication in their cases, so I'm afraid that since the expert pool is so diluted, these questions don't always get the attention of the people who know the answers, and fall to the second page, or are posted to forums the experts don't generally venture into regularly.

How can we highlight these questions so that those who have been through the process can help? My first thought was perhaps another forum, or at least a guide or wiki for "Immigration Process for Children on Derivative Visas"? It would gather together all aspects from Petition, visa application, custody documentation requirements, AOS applications and fees, GC renewals, requirements for naturalization, etc. Perhaps each guide could have a supplement for what extra forms/fees need to be provided if there is a derivative visa? If there is such a collection of info already, could a link to it be added to the guides page?

I think this is a good idea however to pose it in a differnt factor, there are MANY children coming wither with the spouse and sometimes after. I know to which you refer. I do try to red and answer what I can as far as CR2 kids that came after their parent and it can become overwhelming. However if the person searchs via the search engine on top many questions are answered. Mabye a sub forum somewhere for kids? Be it K2, K4 or CR2 or IR2? Not sure where it would be placed but I like the idea

Why is it that the only one who can stop the crying is the one who started it in the first place?
