work visa from the philippines to the states

my girlfriend just graduated from college.she is in the philippines and im in the states.we have been in a relationship for over 3 years and have had some problems actually meeting each other.i thought about moving there for the time being but realized maybe she can get a work visa to come to the states.she just graduated after 4 years in college on march 30th 2010.she graduated with a Bachelor of business administration.now i know that nursing is a big thing here and filipinos seem to be able to come here on that.but i dont know about business administration.does any1 know if she is able to come here on a work visa for that type of work?and if so what all does she need to be able to do that?

not much hope. nurses are recruited by US headhunters who subcontract them to hospitals at under the going rate for a percentage, so the hospitals and the headhunters each make out, as do the phils nurses. same deal for indian IT people. there isn't much of a system like this for BA graduates.

She may be able to get H1-b of O-1 for work related to the degree (if any is available).

My suggestion is that you "bite-bullet" and make a trip to PI to meet-in-person, then file for K-1.
