just wanted to say everyone that our NOA1 date is 2010-04-30 ,so there finally its been figured out,coz the thing went to the lawyer,but its all good now :)just patiently waiting for NOA2, oh yeah and we had a touch,so its moving you all,csc is rocking :)

has anybody else not heard anything,or is it just us....as we sent in and got NOA1 date of the 16th of april and not even been touched since,WTH is going on???????

Oh how did you have a touch???

we checked on the uscis website and it was upated to 2010-05-03, before it was 2010-04-29, so it means they touched it.

Hello all April filers,

got a NOA1 date of april 5th...its getting kinda exciting now...hopefully we all will feel the joy of an approval very soon...but im preparing myself for longer just in case...I served in Desert Storm and if I can spend six months out in the sand of Iraq, I can no problem handle this wait while living in fabulous Las Vegas...just trying to stay busy and keep myself from checking that dam status updates on the USCIS website, I know u all know what I mean...good luck everyone.

You think there was maybe an increasing amount of petitions due to being a month or so after Valentine's day? ...maybe far fetched but possibly... engaged on V-day and petition within 2 months afterwards.
