Ok guys I know you are going to be tired of me but I must count down in order to stay sane Someone who filed there K-1 March 17th was approved today so we are getting closer.....So they are now working on the third week of March....WE are SO getting closer GOOD luck to everyone!!!!!!

Is it too much to hope for a NOA 2 for Mother's Day??

when it comes to NOA1 did you all got the email or just a hard copy? just wondering,still no NOA1 check is cashed though

yes that is a lot of hoping but you never know. Mothers day is Sunday MAy 9th right?

The NOA1 hard copy should be coming soon. But if you paid with a check you can check with your bank and they will give you the receipt number off the check. Once you get the receipt number you can then sign up to receive emails and text msg about your case www.uscis.gov. So if I were you I would call your bank to get the receipt number they give when they cash the check. More than likely if they have cashed your check then they have issued a receipt number and NOA1 my hardcopy did not come in the mail until about 8-10days later.....GOOD LUCK

Yep it is coming it takes about 10days and you will more than likely have an NOA1 date of April 30th or May 1st ( which is a Saturday but I have been hearing that they work on Saturdays....)

It just feels like this NOA2 will never come. It took us a lot of time to get back together, and I feel like I don't want to waste any more time. I'm going to try to take a week off of work before this is done to see him but I don't know if I can. He's so busy at work himself (and he spent nearly 3 months over here at the beginning of the year) that he can't come to me. Going crazy!

yes the Goodbye is very hard I have only been home for about a month and i miss him already...we gotta hang in there Ladies/Gentlemen we are almost there. just think once the process starts again we will be rolling. So we have about another 25days and we should be good. i pray for no RFE and we all have smooth sailing....It will be our turn before you know it!!!!!

Yes, and I just looked to see that 3 others using CSC got there NOA2 on 5/6. Their NOA1 dates include 3/22, 3/23 and 3/25. It seems that if the application looks good or meets all requirements, it should be done in the forty to fifty day range from the NOA1....hopefully. However, there will always be some that don't fit into that range for whatever reason...of course I am "guesstimating".

yes hopefully we will I dont care what date we get it I just want it to be this month because once those NOA2 rolls out it is full steam ahead...COME ON CSC!!!!!!!!
