the communication is slowly fading here, I see...

so, how is filing AOS, EAD and AP going for everyone?

has anybody's non-citizen spouse applied for a driver's license yet? I just received a notice 2 days ago, telling me that mine will be withdrawn the day my K1-visa expires. I immediately called to find out how to get that fixed, and I just have to bring in a NOA for my AOS and apply for a new one until then. definitely relieved, thought I had done something wrong or missed something...

did all your vaccinations get taken care of before you entered the country? if yes, are you sending in any proof of that with the AOS? I found a lot of opinions in the forums here but it didn't really get clear to me... maybe one of you can help me or just let me know how you're proceeding

Ok here is an update my husband has been here exactly 90 days today and i love him more than ever.......we have filef fir AOS and have our bio appt on Monday. My husband had all his vaccinations done before he left Nigeria so we just had to get the immunizations transcribed.... Yes u need to send in the ds3025 with ur AOS which shows ur immunizations

Hey just checking on my fellow April Filers it has been almost one year since we all started our journey...any exciting updates ex. babies, EAD cards, drivers license etc......

We are happily married no children YET!!! :) we have applied for AOS, EAD, and AP so far we have had our biometrics appt and case has been transferred to CSC and we are now just waiting on EAD and AP more so the EAD than any thing my sweetie is ready to work.... :thumbs:

On yesterday March 28, 2011 our I485(AOS, greencard) was approveed and we should have the card in 30days hopefully sooner than that looks as if we will have the greencard before the EAD/AP which we wont need once we get the greencard anyway :dance: Hope the rest of the April Filiers are doing fine!!!
