102 days, one RFE, and a 1am txt to say WE ARE APPROVED!!!! I have never been so excited to be woken up in the middle of the night!!! I am so happy, I know Nick is getting up for work right now so I am off to call him... Thanks everyone for your support thus far and for everyone that is still waiting IT IS ACTUALLY COMING I know, I know I had my doubts... but it does happen!! Good luck and fingers crossed!!! :dance::dance:

Hi all,

I need a little help, Sara and i require a number where we can speak to a live operator at CSC as we have just received our RFE,

and well its all a little confusing really as Sara had a DUI/Minor in Possesion 12 yr ago when she was 18,she had to sit classes and was

fined the case was sealed,we got copys of the police records/court records/fine payed receipts however the RFE is asking for more infomation on this.

I spoke to Sara last night who is worried as we only have till the 27th to correct this and the court what dealt with this was in Nebraska,the original documents we requested for the petition took about 3 weeks last time,plus she is doubley stressing as we now have a baby due to arrive in 6 months.Sara thinks she may have read part of the petion wrong and answered yes to #2/part C.

Any guidance or infomation on this guys would be a great help.

Update from us: our case left the NVC on the 6th (last Friday) and it was received at the Embassy today (the 9th). Now we are officially waiting for P3!!! Thanks to everyone again for all your wishes for success -- and best wishes to everyone else for a speedy journey!

You go here to track on DHL:

as Shipper's Reference you can use EXP 16 AUG 2010A. This depends on when the package was sent to your embassy, so play around with the date

then choose the date range

I didn't use an Account Number or Destination

It works just the same way. You can enter 03801 as the originating postal code

People also recommend using B or C instead of A in the Shipper's Reference. I haven't tried that out

you can always call the NVC to see if they have sent it to the London Embassy and if it is you can track it on DHL.....GOOD LUCK!!!!
