Received Packet 3 today, it is just a letter confirming London case number and link to embassy website to follow instructions and complete forms on the links. I have all the forms ready, so hope to post back by the weekend. I am still awaiting some docs and I-134 from fiance, so cannot send that form back yet (London no longer send a packet 4). I will call & book medical tomorrow - so glad to be moving a step closer. Good luck to everyone else!

has anybody else not heard anything,or is it just us....as we sent in and got NOA1 date of the 16th of april and not even been touched since,WTH is going on???????

FFS....Three and a half months we wait only to receive a RFE today,i am almost done with this petition stuff and just move her over to the U.K.

Hang in there! I have read that people have cleared up a RFE a couple of weeks and then get there NOA2, your almost there.

FFS....Three and a half months we wait only to receive a RFE today,i am almost done with this petition stuff and just move her over to the U.K.

Hang in there my friend you are almost there once you return the RFE you will be trucking along and I am sure that the RFE is something very simple....HANG ON!!!!! :)

Hopefully it won't take a loooooooong time for him to get the P3 or to do the medical or get an interview. he turned in his Police cert today..should take 2-3 weeks *fingers crossed*

AT LAST AT LAST FREE AT LAST!!! SHIPPING OUT OF NVC 8.3.10! After eleven business days in AP they got their fingers out and are shipping us out.

102 days, one RFE, and a 1am txt to say WE ARE APPROVED!!!! I have never been so excited to be woken up in the middle of the night!!! I am so happy, I know Nick is getting up for work right now so I am off to call him... Thanks everyone for your support thus far and for everyone that is still waiting IT IS ACTUALLY COMING I know, I know I had my doubts... but it does happen!! Good luck and fingers crossed!!! :dance::dance:
