Still not even had a touch,this is driving me crazy seeing everybody else filing after us getting approved ahead of us,.....i am happy for everybody but where is my NOA2 so i can move on GGggggrrrrrr

has anybody else not heard anything,or is it just us....as we sent in and got NOA1 date of the 16th of april and not even been touched since,WTH is going on???????

I know what you mean about being glad of others good fortune but still frustrated with others getting theirs before you get yours....having to wait that extra week may not be a long time but it was mind boggling with all the endless amounts of " did I's or what is wrong or am I getting a RFE?" Yeah it drove me nuts. I sure hope your coping better then I and hope those folks get their head out of their back sides and send you your NOA2 ASAP!

So our information was sent to the Manila embassy on June 29th. Anyone have any idea how long it should take before the embassy contacts my fiancee? We are worried that she may never receive the packet as the mail delivery is so unreliable there.

If I were you I would send the embassy an email inquiring about it just to be sure since you say the mail is not reliable

Just wanted everyone to know that I received our NOA2 in the mail today. Our K1 petition was approved on July 15, 2010, but the USCIS website has not been updated to reflect this (the website still shows that our case was last "touched" back on April 23rd)! I also never received a text message or e-mail notifying me that our K1 petition had been approved, even though I signed up for those notices back in April. I guess all those times I checked to see if our case had been "touched" were a waste of time...

Best of luck to all other April K1 filers!
