Thank you Aga & Chris!!!Automated voice system kept saying:no records of your case.We called NVC represantative today and they told us that our case was sent to the embassy on 07-06 and gave us a new case number!!!:dance: We are so happy!!!:)

Now you can track the package with DHL :))))))))

2010-04-12: Mailed I-129F to CSC

2010-04-14: Received by CSC

2009-04-15: NOA1 mailed

has anybody else not heard anything,or is it just us....as we sent in and got NOA1 date of the 16th of april and not even been touched since,WTH is going on???????

I know how you feel!!! UGH!!! It is very depressing people getting there NOA2's and thry just filed in June!!!! Good luck to everyone and soon hope we can all do the happy dance!!!

The folks in June getting theirs already is just making me sick. Am glad for them....honest but dangit where the heck is ours? NOA1 April 30th

I did this and it shows that something was delivered to Manila on the 6th but how would I know if that is ours or someone elses? I am sure ours was not the only one sent that day.

Try to call USEM to confirm.. When my fiance called they told him they received it and as long as u already received letter from the NVC stating that your packet was sent to MANila, you can now set for an interview.
