Really gutted at the moment as we have a Noa1 date from the 16th but still have not had a touch since the 22/04/10

Worried we have been forgot about???

I am sure that noone has been forgotten about. I was panicking last weekend and went through all the papers submitted to USCIS. I found that my fiance's biometric form showed the employment dates in the incorrect order and convinced myself that we would get an RFE and then yesterday, we received a text saying petition approved on 30 June. Stay calm and patient, more approvals will arrive soon.....good luck.

I see people after we filed getting approved and well...it just bums me out as i thought the I129-F are supposed to be in Numerical order,which is making me really nervous.However CONGRATS to all April filers who have been approved already,and come on csc approve the rest of april filers!!!

Yes my fiance is moving from England to Montana, small world that your coming to the state too! Shepherd isn't to far away from Billings, not sure if you know where thats at?

I got the hard copy RFE. It turns out I forgot to include pretty much everything I could for proof of relationship! I don't know how I managed to do this but I did. My fiance is coming over in just under a week and when he gets here he is going to handle the RFE for me. I know we could do this faster but I feel better knowing he's doing it instead of me.

We were approved!!!! actually it happened on the 2nd I guess!! I just found out right now because I've been so busy with coming to Europe and seeing my love for the first time in 9 months!! I was completely carried away and now I look and its approved.

After 22 days my case has finally been sent from the NVC to NIGERIA!!!!! Praise GOD I was in what they called additional processing........
