has anybody else not heard anything,or is it just us....as we sent in and got NOA1 date of the 16th of april and not even been touched since,WTH is going on???????

I'm beginning to panic..the other two filers with a NOA1 date of 4/15 had touches today..I have nothing and am listed as still being in the acceptance phase:( I called USCIS they gave me an email address to ask questions of as they cant help me with this. I received a reply and it said they would reply within 30 days:( I'm ready to loose it:(

Hi. I know how it feels that almost all april filers got approved and your application hasnt touched yet for the longest time. Our case was like that, only got touched then got text message that our case was updated and when we checked it, our application was approved. Pray to have more patience. I know your case will be approved soon. just not to stress yourself too much. :)

Patient, be patient haha...kidding, I have been wanting to say that haha...anyway, remember the CSC instructions included info saying that it could be anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks at NVC. So far the time has not even been 2 weeks yet.

Anyway, I do understand your need and desire for shorter waiting times.
