Have you looked at the back of you check yet for a receipt number so you can check your status?

I just looked, I was able to get the receipt number and go online to check on it. It says it is in the "Initial Review" stage. I was able to set up email and text notification. Is this the same as a NOA just a online record of it?

What does Touched mean?

2008-09-18: Met

2010-01-01: Engaged

2010-04-07: Mailed I-129F to CSC via USPS Priority

2010-04-09: Received by CSC

2009-04-09: NOA1 Online Initial review

2009-04-09: NOA1 mailed

2010-04-14: Check cashed

2010-04-19: NOA1 Hard copy delivered after being lost in the mail for a week

2010-06-21: Touched

2010-06-21: Approved by USCIS!

2010-06-28: NAO2 Hardcopy recieved

2010-06-29: NVC sent to embassy

has anybody else not heard anything,or is it just us....as we sent in and got NOA1 date of the 16th of april and not even been touched since,WTH is going on???????

never mind. I played around with it. For those in similar shoes with me. After you finish with the ticker factory, go to your signature page here. That is where the code will be pasted. Then save changes. It is automatic.

We finally received our NOA1 hard copy, it was lost in the mail. It was delivered by a very apologetic neighbor that had it for the last week and had opened it without without looking at the name.

I am starting to get worried about both my mail service as well as my fiancee's. She says that the mail service is very unreliable and overrun with fraud. My mail is constantly delivered to the wrong address and sometimes on a completely different street. I really hope nothing important ends up going missing.

Hi, just posted our I-129F yesterday, I am struggling to believe it, we have been talking about this soooo long. Slight panic when we realised there was a new form this month but calmer when checked and the old form is still valid - phew! Now we are on the way. Hurrah! :)

POE 11/11/10 on K1 visa

Married 01/14/11

AOS documents - I485,I864,I765 & I131 sent 01/31/11

Biometrics - 03/10/11

EAD & AP received - 04/06/11 (dated 03/29/11)

so in simple terms my process goes like this

April 7, 2010 submitted I-129f

April 8, 2010 application received at California service center

April 9, 2010 NOA1

April 12, 2010 Check was cashed

April 16, 2010 received hard copy of NOA1

November 5, 2010 Interview 7am APPROVED!!!!!! (6months 4weeks 1day) THANK YOU LORD!!!!!

Hi everyone -- April filer here!!! :) We filed on April 12th and our NOA1 date was the 15th. I got the hard copy on the 20th. So excited! My fiance (Julian) and I had planned to file on May 1st 2009 but all sorts of stuff got in the way... there was an illness in his family and all sorts of crazy stuff started to happen and we ended up having a relationship break. :( I thought it was all over but he showed up on January 2nd on my doorstep... Happy New Year indeed! We spent 88 days together here in California and it was incredible, we talked through all the things that had stopped us from moving on. He came to my church with me every week and our pastor said he couldn't wait to bless our marriage. :D

Looking forward to seeing how we all do!
