have you guys started getting all the papers for the next step??

I just requested my tax returns, hopefully they come with my NOA2

Is it too early to get a letter from my employer now?? I'm expecting the NOA2 between July2nd-14th.. but hopefully SOONER

Lol I have to say...I have already gotten almost all the forms and documents that we need together for after we get our NOA2 so pretty much just waiting on that and hopefully ready to go after. Good Luck

ook then I shall start getting everything ready. especially since I'll be in Bulgaria visiting my fiance when we're expecting the NOA2

and of course I didn't make a copy of the I-129F packet as it asked, so now I have to recreate it if I can remember accurately.

I'm Sooo happy (and a little jealous) of everyone whose getting approved!! our turn is Slowly coming!

Yeah I'm leaving tomorrow and sent him back with all the stuff after the NOA2 just in case...hoping to get it while I'm there. Oh bummer! Well I'm sure you will get it all together again

Oh I know so am I. Lets just hope the flow out of CSC continues and we will get our NOA2s soon as well.

I got my letter from my employer in May. I figured that with current pay stubs they would be able to see I'm still employeed there. I am waiting for Necmi to receive his new passport then we should be finished with allll the stuff required.

But I do have a question for everyone. I have filled out all the forms required for Necmi. it asked if anyone helped him. I put me as helping. Do you think it is a problem? And he lost his passport, so now he just got a new one. Is that a problem?? I'm freaking out about every detail:(

What forms did you already do for him? And no I don't think there will be a problem. No need to worry everything will fall into place!

Oh, I heard and asked many people that as long as your above poverty line, you won't need a statement from you bank...just what people already through the process have told me Good Luck

i got the police certificate thing,now just have to get it done translated into english,and as soon as i get my NOA2 ,i will be scheduling my medical exam,and my fiance should send me affidavit of support after NOA2 comes as well,so just waiting now,since we are at the end of the month,at least CSC is moving,so we all April filers should be approved in no time,patience for all

I started gathering everything in Mid to late May so that I could be ready. So I just have that one document. I will spend this weekend double checking everything. I think it takes one week to reach the NVC so I will call them next week as well.......GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE that is still waiting on the NOA2

I think NVC would assign u number when they received your case from CSC. The first 3 letters MNL, i think, depends on what consulate the beneficiary is.
