has anybody else not heard anything,or is it just us....as we sent in and got NOA1 date of the 16th of april and not even been touched since,WTH is going on???????

how do you guys know that your application was "touched"? i check USCIS for our aplication and its always in initial review.

You know you have been touched when the date changes under "last updated"...this assumes you have a login for the USCIS website. In probably most cases the date will not change until they start working on it again after it sat in the cue.

Hi guys-

For all of you who got a touch today, me included :) I am pretty positive that CSC refreshes their website at 11pm PST. What I mean by refresh is to move applications from one stage to the next. Lets keep a watch on it and see if this ends up being true

i see. i guess our application isnt touched yet. it always says "On April 9, 2010, we received this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E), blah blah blah.. :(

No approval for me yet I received 2 touches one on Friday and one yesterday and no text or email and the USCIS website says the same so I am anxiously waiting. I was hoping that the site updated at 11PST as stated earlier but nothing...So I will continue to wait. As Soon as I get approved I will be sure to update my timeline.....
