By your timeline, it shows that you recieved your EAD in Aug 2009. Did you file for the EAD alone? Did you enter on a K1 and are you just now going through AOS? Or are you giong through removal of conditions? Anyways it goes, it seems you will receive an interview letter or other corespondence that would give you a better timeline when to do what you need to do. You just filed your application in late February so it is too early to say. In my opinion, I would start to file for another EAD 90 days prior to its expiration. Just to be safe to ensure that there is not gap in your ablitiy to be employed... A decision may be made about your case by July. Edited by prettyunique

You're adjusting from K3 according to your previous topics.

You should have filed for another EAD when you submitted your AOS papers (it's free when part of AOS).

If you have received your I-485 NOA1 receipt, make a copy of it and send it in alongside I-765 to get EAD. In the meantime, you should be ok with the current one and possibly, by the time you're mentioning you may have another EAD in hand and/or your GC.

Im a K3 visa holder, i did my EAD before the AOS. I didnt apply EAD along with my AOS coz they said that u cant renew EAD more than 90 days prior to the expiration date.

Im thinking of sending my renewal tomorrow just to be safe. What documents should i include in the AOS receipt?

Thanks for the response.

You include NOA1 from I-485, I-765 and whatever else the I-765 instructions say.
