So I am filling out all the AOS forms. Do I use my new married name? or my maiden name? I don't want to confuse people since my passport obviously uses my maiden name!? There isn't a spot that lets me use both.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Amanda

You use what you want on your Green Card.

I put my married name. If you put your maiden name then want to change it to your married name, you'd have to pay for a new green card, it's somewhere around 300 dollars.

So if you want your married name on it, put it on the AOS application.

Moving from K-1 visa general discussion forum to the AOS forum... which is an entire forum dedicated to this part of the process...

YMMV
