i do believe nbi is valid for 1 year.police clearance is valid for 6 months only.(they should have dates on them)these documents can be submitted with the k1 however new updated nbi and police clearance will be needed at the embassy interview

Filed: AOS (pnd) Country: Philippines
Timeline

If they are already six months old, and you haven't even filed for your K-1 visa yet, the problem may end up being that by the time you reach the interview stage -- that can take anywhere from 3-8 months -- your NBI and Police Certs will not be valid anymore.

Do what we did, apply for the K-1. Wait a few moths, or until you get the NOA2. And then go to the NSO and DFA to get new copies for the impending interview.

17-Jan-10 - Filed K-1

26-Apr-10 - Approved

06-May-10 - Entered POE

24-May-10 - Married

22-Jul-10 - Filed AOS

24-Sep-10 - Biometrics Appointment

18-Nov-10 - Approved

29-Nov-10 - Received Green Card
