More than likely, if you are going to the Embassy interview, you are referring to the I-134 which does not need to be notarized. They tell you this in the instructions, by signing it you are swearing to the veracity of the information under penalty of perjury.

Pay stubs and tax forms cannot be notarized. I think you misunderstand the term and the process.

Nothing you describe needs to be Notarized.

Hey - that's so cool that you are going to be there.

Unless I'm dazed and confused, you've no need of an I-130, as you've filed an I-129F for a fiance, hopefully granting a K-1 visa.

You probably mean the I-134, ya?

You don't need anything notarized on the I-134 set - but since it's GUZ, suggest you prep 3 years of tax data/returns/transcripts.

Now - if you WANT to attend ACH and ask some questions about yer petition / visa application with a ConOff - that's a good thing - ACH is only on Mondays.

If you want to get something notarized, though, I suggest, strongly, that you prep a current 'evolution of relationship' letter, and have THAT notarized at GUZ during ACS prior to the interview. The human that is handling the notary work usually is a ConOff, and usually will pull up that casefile on the computer and make a note that you showed up for ACS, and will actually read the EOR letter prior to interview day (which is a good thing, IMO). Later, on interview day, have yer lass pass the EOR letter to the ConOff, folded lengthwise, inside of YOUR passport (have her bring yer passport into the interview )

ACH info - http://guangzhou.usembassy-china.org.cn/contactiv.html (at the bottom)

ACS - American Citizen Services - use for notary

ACH - American Citizen Hour - use for asking questions about yer casefile. Only on Mondays.

Yes your are correct It's the I-134. I'm going a little crazy over this. I fly to Guangzhou on Saturday and arrive late Sunday night. This is so I can attend the ACH and ask questions and be SEEN.

My baober has her interview on Thursday at 7:15am. So we have time to site see. Oh, also do I need an I-134 for her daughter? She is 17.

Thanks so much for your help.

No, they are both covered under the ONE I-134 you submit. It is just the size of the household goes from 2 to 3 for the I-134. You can actually look up the income required for 3 persons by looking at the form I-864P which gives the poverty guideline levels.

You are probably already in GUZ so I am hoping you see this before the interview.
