Our Interview is tomorrow, Aug 9th. I think I have everything possible but for some reason I always doubt myself when dealing with the gov't. My wife is 6 mos pregnant and even though I have some appt records I'm going to stop by Kaiser tomorrow and pick up one form with every appointment since she has been on my insurance.

Regarding the phone I think I read somewhere you could have a phone but it had to be off and no camera phones were allowed period. Security reasons I guess. Not sure where I read that but sticks in my mind.

Good Luck all.

Ours is August 24, in Garden City, New York.

Can anyone post us a link to a real good list of everything we need to bring with us for a smooth sailing approval come interview time!

Thank You!

I would go by the checklist they provide on your interview appointment letter. I would make sure you have a copy of everything you've already sent in - just in case they've misplaced it. I would also be sure to take originals of any documents you've submitted copies of - just in case they need to see an original. I took a whole binder of stuff and they only asked for the marriage certificate ( I had sent a copy she asked for either a copy or the original) and that was it. But better to be safe than sorry. Make sure you both have Identification and the non-USC has their passport. There are many threads about this on VJ where people have posted what they took with them as evidence of marriage. You can probably do a search and find them. Good Luck!
