Good afternoon.

I'm doing the CR-1 status. Recently I paid the $70 and $400.00 and a package was completed by my attorney and supposly send to NVC. I need to find out if the documents mailed by my attorney had been received by the NVC. I don't know what number to call.

How long it usually takes for the NVC to review and send documents to Embassy?

thanks

Join the April 2010 NVC thread, ya?

Your packets should be inputted into the AVR within 3-4 days. Then wait for another week or so for them to complete your case, barring any RFEs.

You have the number but if you paid those fees, you are on the CR1 or IR1 visa path, not K3. K3 is a dead issue.
