I came here for fiance visa and now i have my 2 yrs greencard, but now we dont live together because of not understanding each other like financially and the life style of living. At this time i live my friend house. So my question is can i marry my new boyfriend or need to go back in my country. But my boyfriend dont want me to go back home because he wants to marry me and help me for evrything. So it is possible to stay here and continue to process my papers? Please help me what im going to do and what are the best thing for me. Thank you

I'm sure you will get many responses to this. It sounds like you have been married for less than 2 years, and if this is the case, your PR/GC is conditional based on that you have a bonifide marriage, and thats why it's conditional. You may, if I'm not mistaken, have to return to your country, unless there has been documented violence in your marriage, which may entitle you to take a different route. Someone else ring in an add to this.

I'm sure you will get many responses to this. It sounds like you have been married for less than 2 years, and if this is the case, your PR/GC is conditional based on that you have a bonifide marriage, and thats why it's conditional. You ARE mistaken as your answer would apply if she DID NOT already have the conditional status. Since she has the two-year green card, she can divorce and apply to remove conditions on her own immediately thereafter. She'll need to show she entered this current marriage in good faith. Obviously a divorce is needed before marrying the new boyfriend.
