I just received this after 2 months of waiting and sending all the papers to USA embassy in turkey

Dear Sir / Madam,

Greetings from US Embassy, Ankara.

This is in regards to the I-129F petition you filed on behalf of your

spouse Mrs xxxx. We have received the documentation you

sent to our office for the processing of her K3 visa petition. NVC

records indicate that your I-130 petition has also been approved by

USCIS and the Immigrant Visa file is waiting to be scheduled for an

appointment in Ankara by NVC. Unfortunately, as your I-130 immigrant

visa petition is already approved, we will not be able to process your

wife's K3 visa petition to conclusion.

Per State Department regulations, the K3 visa classification for spouses

of U.S. citizens is only available for those beneficiaries who are

awaiting approval of an immigrant visa petition or the availability of

an immigrant visa. Since your immigrant visa petition has been approved

and an immediate relative visa is available, your spouse no longer

requires the issuance of a K-3 visa to await adjudication of the

immigrant visa petition. Thus, your I-129F visa petition is

administratively closed. The National Visa Center (NVC) will send the

I-130 petition to post for processing as soon as it is documentarily

complete and scheduled for an immigrant visa interview.

For questions or instructions on next steps to process your immigrant

visa petition, please contact the National Visa Center. Contact
