I did receive bio apt. actually two, husband went early though so did not make a difference. so we are just waiting for an approval notice I hope!

FYI, After I saw some posts about case touching on June 26. I just checked my approved CRI89 and found mine was touched on June 26 too!! I'm not sure what that means... I hope yours is a sign of things to come

That's what mine says to, but the last updated date is June 26th so a touch. As long as you don't have a RFE the next update would either be an interview or approval I guess.

Hahahaha, it seems a lot of us got a touch on the 26th. YAY!!! Exciting.

On an odd note, as we have all my hubby's past apps listed as well I noticed 2010 dates on his 485 and 765 forms. I guess they go back and look at these? I dunno. Just weird.

Anyway, let's cross our fingers of more approvals soon!
