Hi,

I'm still waiting for Packet 4 from Montreal, but it would be great to know if there are any required documents that my fiance has to sign since he's visiting me from California right now.

Does anyone have a list of the required documents for Packet 4... specifically those that aren't already listed in Packet 3?

As far as I can remember, the packet 4 is just a letter that states when your interview is, what time, and what you can and cannot bring into the consulate.

There's actually a sample P4 on the Canada wiki page: http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Canada

Just scroll down to "Vancouver/Montreal K1 Visa Checklist (Packet 3)/Interview Letter (Packet 4)"

It's basically a relisting of the documents from packet 3 plus information about the consulate. Nothing to sign but make sure you hold on to it all as you need it for the medical as well as the interview.
