D/S ??

I was looking at my forms from the last time I went through INS as a guide. I noticed that the attorney has D/S for expiration on the I-130 line 14 "Date authorized stay expired, or will expire, as

shown on Form I-94 or I-95" D/S. What is that? Anyone know.

D/S = Duration of Stay (in other words, for the duration of the visa).

D/S is a form where it says till when can he stay and/or work.

You should always attach it with I-94 because on I-94 it will state D/S.

DS was the last guy. He was here for school and he never attended from the time he arrived till he married me almost 2 years later.

My husband that I am currently going through the process with is out of status, his is expired it has the date right on the form. *yikes* But atlease we are trying to file and do right by it.
