Hi ! I just want to ask about this form, I am petitioning my mother and not sure about the Part 3 #9 which is:

I AM SPONSORING THE FOLLOWING FAMILY MEMBERS IMMIGRATING AT THE SAME TIME OR WITHIN SIX MONTHS OF THE PRINCIPAL IMMIGRANT NAMED IN PART 2. DO NOT INCLUDE ANY RELATIVE LISTED ON A SEPARATE VISA PETITION.

My question is should I put my youngest brother's name (he is 8 yrs old) ? I am not sure how he will be able to get here. I know he is a minor and my mother can petition for him but is it possible for him to get here if my mom's immigrant visa is granted? Even though I did not file any papers for him? Not sure what to do next. Please help. Thank you for bearing with me.
