hello everybody my RFE was received 8 JULY and stillgot no NOA2

DOES ENEYBODY HAVE SAME DATE AND STILL NO NOA2 ???????????????? :angry::angry:

Slow down cowboy. You're talking to some people here who still haven't gotten an RFE, an they have NOA1s from March and April. Your day will come soon enough. Trust me, just sit back and relax.

Agreed!!!! Grasshopper should be patient!!! WE are all looking at 120+ days and not even a clue at this point. October is actually realistic even without IMBRA....

7-08-06 Stopped by Border Securtiy on NCIC name hit - Identity Theft two years ago and theif used my name as an alias which is now permanently tied to his criminal file as an alias - Border Security very helpful and understanding and apologetic about the situation but they have to verify I was not the perpetratpr.

7-19-06 Touched e-mail stating received 7-19-06 (BS)

8-03-06 Wondering ####### is taking so long - 128 days now

The RFE you returned was to make your petition compliant with IMBRA...that is all. You only submitted the petition in June and you now must wait for them to process and adjudicate your petition. Your RFE being ackowledged as received at the service center does not mean that your petition will be processed yet.

Hello friend!

well i have the same thing as you. My feance got the RFE ( they wanted him to fill the criminal background form. )The centre got the RFE back at 8 july and since that time -nothing from them.

And plus they didnt change the date it is the same- 6 march for CA.

so my deadline ended up at 13 july. it was 120 days..

so not only you in such miserable situation with the whole process.

dont dispair you will get everything you need...

6/16/06 - CRIS-USCIS email "petition received"

6/21/06 - 1-797s (2) received, petition "received", "reopened" by CSC

6/26/06 - email, RFE sent

7/05/06 - RFE received and sent back to CSC

7/06/06 - RFE received, signed for by receptionist at CSC

7/11/06 - email RFE received by CSC
