Index only? Isn't that just standard procedure, nothing to do with a name hit?

I understand why you are stressing, its hard to trust this system with all of the ####### you see, but you are wayyyy to stressed. The chances of him getting the visa is much higher than not. Like Chi said, if your was going to be send back to the CIS for revokation they probably would have done it already. If they had anything else that would warrant a denial they probably would have done it already.

Yes, index only is "standard" procedure at the interview. That was done over 4 months ago. They are now requesting me come back to submit all 10 to clear his name.

My heartbreak comes from the fact that he is feeling somewhat like a criminal now and he's not handling it well. I can understand how he feels. I've tried to explain this is to CLEAR him, but he's too upset to reason with. I'm hoping to send him to read this thread so that maybe he will listen to you guys.

Now if we could just get the appointment scheduled and get this behind us, then I think we would both relax. I just don't know how to comfort him.

And I meant to say thank you to all of you for your support. It's embarassing being this messed up, but seriously you guys are what have gotten me through the last 2 days.
