Received the dreaded RFE today requesting I send in the DS-2053 or the I-693. I called 800-375-5283 and the woman said she is getting a lot of calls about this and that I should return the RFE and state that the DS-2053 is already in my file. Has any one received the same answer or and replied in a similar fashion with positive or negative results? Than you for your replies. :bonk:

You could also send another copy of the vaccination sheet from the original medical with a letter stating you sent one previously but are sending another incase they lost it? and put in that your medical is good for 1 year and you are still within the 1 year process etc.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
