Hey guys...should the petitioner call the NVC to get the case number...or the beneficiary can call as well...then do we give the NVC operator our email address at the same moment...and wait for them to email the DS-3032...Choice of Agent form...

Either the petitioner or beneficiary can call NVC. As far as the email is concerned I believe you can provide NVC with that information when you call for your case number. Good luck!

Hi...so did you optin for EP...

So did you wait for them to email you the DS-3032 form...or you just called them...got your case number...and gave them your email address...and waited for them to email it to you...OR you used the form that is available online...and sent it to them right away with the OPTIN email body...

Sorry...can anyone just clarify....I really want to get things started right this time...dont want to face any more nightmare RFE's

We had our case number about 6 days after our NOA2, we just kept calling until we received it. When we went through NVC last year, EP was not an option. Check out this thread in the Canada forum; you'll be able to hook up with others going through EP with you. Good luck!
