Obama's clearly throwing a knuckleball.

Actually he's trying to throw the eephus, didn't do a half bad job. It's not an easy pitch to throw.

Bush floated the ball in and Obama didn't stride, who cares. Obama admits that he was trying to lob it in but it slipped a bit. Were you expecting The President to rear back, kick his plant leg sky-high like Koufax, Marichal or Tidrow and throw a bb down the middle of the plate. Maybe Boehner should have stood in the batter's boax and Obama could have thrown high and inside on him. :rofl: Honestly, who among us can throw a four-seam fastball at more than 90mph. :whistle: :whistle: :whistle: :whistle:

Not really, I think the name of the game for the Prez is to just lob it over the plate... thats it.

Not really, I think the name of the game for the Prez is to just lob it over the plate... thats it.

It's not a biggie.... the Booing might have rattled him a bit.

He probably just got a bit excited. I don't think that he was in the bullpen warming up before he threw. Next year maybe he'll do a bit better. I really do want to see the President throw a solid four-seam fastball (no lob, no eephus) right down the pipe. It would be nice to see him bring the heat.
