Hello averyone!! Didn't use a lawyer... Brain damaged after completing everything @.@ They received my FedEx package on 03/29/2010...no check cashed no news yet...

Question: why some of you guys got notices or checks cashed right after received?

Thank you guys and "NOA dust" to everyone!!! :o)

I don't think anyone gets notices or checks cashed 'right away'...some get it within a few days. Mine took a week. I think it's just luck if your notice comes really quickly, maybe some people just catch USCIS on a good day.

Btw, technically you will be an April filer....the date you get the NOA's is the month you belong to. Good luck!

Oh thank you!! I will go there then... Today my checks were cashed!!! One step closer... And i ask about the rigt away be ause some posts on march shows that they received the package and next day checks were cashed... Hugs my dear!!
