Well of course going crazy when i see mail from csc,,but i got a RFE wait and see what it is.

01/24/07-- 485 transferred to CA

02/03/07-- Biometrics

03/02/07-- welcome letter sent

03/09/07-- snail mail welcome letter received

03/16/07-- card production message received

03/21/07-- approval notice sent

03/23/07-- resident card in hand

Remove Conditions

2/04/09--Biometrics

6/05/09--Approval notice received in mail

We got the same status last June 22, 2006 then we got the letter stating our RFE July 14 and send them back the documents needed to continue the process. It means that another RFE letter is coming to your mail again.

just base on our status i could be wrong.

My Daugther's IR2 Visa Timeline

October 03 -2011- Sent the Application for I-130 Package

October 07 -Receieved USCIS acceptance of Application by e-mail

October 12 -Received Notice of Action by Mail

April 27, 2012 -Finally Petition is approved!

May 03, 2012 -Received NOA 2 in the mail

Mine is different than yours,,mine says

On August 2, 2006, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 30 days have passed and you have not received the notice. Please contact the service center where you submitted your application during business hours.

Which means i screwed something up,,i cant for the life of me think what it could be for as i checked everything at least 5 times. My one thought is proof of us citizenship. I sent them a copy and original of my certified birt certificate (front an back) then for proof of meeting in the last 2 years i sent copies of pages of my passport showing i was in the same location as my girlfriend. i am hoping they need a full copy of my passport and didnt see my birth certificate. The only problem with that is my passport has about 100 pages in it as i have been traveling quite extensivley the past few years. who know what they want hopefully get the rfe send whatever they want then get back on track.
