I tried posting this message in the Canadian regional forum but didn't really get anywhere with it. Just wondering if any Canadians here on VJ have moved to, or are planning a move to Oklahoma. It'd be nice to connect with some of those people. :)

Considered living there it at one point.

I liked the western ranching part of it.

Hear they get pretty good winds thru there at times.

Yes, Oklahoma gets alot of tornado activity in the spring and summer. I don't even like thunderstorms, so it'll be scary for me.

Why didn't you move to Oklahoma? You said you are in Missouri, right?

Guess I'm the only future Oklahoman on VJ? :huh:

My heart ended up further west in California, the sun and the ocean, cars and bikes and the maximum diversity of people.

Coming from southern Ontario it took a while to get used to the earthquakes, floods and fires.

I'm happy to be here 21 yrs and counting.
