He looks so beautiful and like a little chunk-a-munk for being more than a month early. tongue.gif

Lol, thanks. He was 8 pds 4 oz and was 5 weeks early! I can't figure out how he got so big. I didn't have diabetes and I only gained a total of 21 pounds. If I had went full term he would have been massive.

I will be praying for you and hope that he is out soon. I know it can be hard and there is a reason why you were at the doctor's office and not at home. My sister and myself were both born 5 months prematurely and have had to suffer some complications, but we are faring well. Each pregnancy my mother could not carry to term, except for my overdue brother of course. I was in the hospital for 3 months and both of us weighed in at 1-2 lbs, the best advice the doctors had for my mom was to keep her presence with us and when possible, try to nuture that close contact bonding to help us survive. I know it seems hard, but all things are possible. I wish you and all of your family well and hope that the little one joins you all soon.

Thank you so much. He is home as of Friday and is doing wonderful. The last echocardiogram done on Thursday showed that his pulmonary hypertension is resolving. We are just waiting to follow up with his doctors this Friday but we're hoping that it is all behind us and he will stay on the path to recovery.

Thanks again for everyone's prayers and well wishes. I'm a firm believer that they were the driving force behind his recovery. heart.gif
