It depends on what you mean by affordable and near.

Manila Airport Hotel runs ~$60USD per night and is probably the closest to NAIA.

I don't know if that's what you're looking for.

I stayed at the Manila Airport Hotel, and I recommend it for short layovers. It is not a good place to stay if you want to get out and walk around though; I tried but could not find anything interesting.

Yeh, we stayed the night there but I dont' think I'd want much longer than that. It's nice enough and has KFC in the lobby basically but it's right in the airport pretty much. Can't get much closer to the international arrival area so for that it's great.

I stayed at Swagman's Hotel which is kinda across from USEM. They have a free shuttle to the airport and if traffic is flowing good it only takes about 15 minutes to your terminal. Plus they have a pretty good pub/resturant.

I have stayed at lotus garden and pearl garden hotels. Lotus is closer to the embassy than Pearl Garden, but I thought Pearl Garden was nicer and there is plenty to eat around there and Robinson's Mall is within walking distance along with St. Lukes. Pearl and Lotus Garden have a free breakfast buffet. They are both about 15-25 mins from the airport depending on traffic.

Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.

We stayed with my wife in mabuhay manor hotel its near only in the airport.. check this site http://mabuhaymanor.com.ph/

Interview date- 12-15-09APPROVED!!!!!!!!
