hi i just want to know what's happening on the first appointment interview??do i have to bring something or what? i dont have any idea... im waiting for the appointment letter... so help me guys on what to do. give me some ideas! thanks!!

NVC JOURNEY :)

12/13/2009 package received from the NVC

01/29/2010 AOS paid

01/29/2010 IV bill paid

02/15/2010 RFE DS2310

04/02/2010 SIGN IN FAILED!!! there's a light at every end of the tunnel

HOPING EVERYTHING WILL TURNED OUT WELL.. AUGUST INTERVIEW!

There is a ton of stuff you need to take to your interview yobmica. To give you an idea, the package I sent to my wife for her interview weighed 16 pounds and it grows every month. You'll need proof of an ongoing relationship, marriage documents, photographs of you together, passport photos - a long list.

You should take copies of all the packets you've sent to USCIS and NVC along with all the other evidence.

COMPLETED - March 9th, 2010

-NVC-

CASE COMPLETE - April 2nd, 2010

-INTERVIEW-

APPROVED - May 18th, 2010

POE - Detroit, June 11th, 2010

GREEN CARD - July 21st, 2010

SS CARD - August 13th, 2010

-ROC-

I-751 Sent March 23rd, 2012

NOA1 March 26th, 2012

Biometrics Appt. April 27th, 2012

Bio done early - April 18th, 2012

ROC Approved - September 12, 2012

10 Year GC - September 17, 2012

What you need is at the bottom. The other link is good too, but there are some things that are visa specific, but for the CR-1 and K-3 they are almost identical.

Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.
