Also proof that your cosponsor is a US citizen or legal permanent resident. So, photocopy of passport ID page, birth certificate, natz certificate or green card.

Oh dohhh *facepalm* totally forgot about identification! So yea, copies of both mine and her drivers and birth certificates.

Wowzers...how on earth could I forget something like that.

I married my British Husband strictly for financial purposes. My heart wrote a check and I cashed it. (L)

Only need her birth certificate. Driver's licenses, or your birth certificate are not necessary.

I think that in my current situation, I would rather kill them with evidence. I know they only ask for your last 2 years of tax returns also, but I'm sending them 5. I guess it's just me being over cautious with everything else I'm going through at the moment.

Haha. You couldn't argue me out of sending Nik way too many papers at this point in the process either.

Just keep in mind that the more papers there are to shuffle through, the harder it is to find the one paper they are actually looking for.

You may consider separating this stuff into "Definitely needed" and "Maybe one-in-a-million chance it's needed" ;)

I'm seriously thinking about a big folder with dividers built in and putting tabs on each section. One for I-134 and supporting evidence, one for identification evidence and maybe one for his personal papers, medical, criminal all that good stuffs. I don't know yet lol

UPDATE I found a job! yay! I just finished filling out my I-134 affidavit of support listing my job. I saw somewhere that since I have new demographics that I should submit a new G-325A also. True or False? Who do I submit it to if true? Do I send to him to take with him to the interview or do I resend it to USCIS?

Send it with him to take to his interview. The CO may ask for it, or they may not.

As the State Department has your case now, there is no point sending the document to USCIS.

I will see you one day again, my love.

So, I definitely need to send in a new one? Or was that just a suggestion if I do decide to do so?

Who would you send it to?

Hmm.. can't tell if your being rhetorical. I would assume based on your last post I would be sending it to him since the State Department now has the case. My question was simple. Is it required, or just a recommended safety precaution?
