List of those who applied using the pre-IMBRA form who hasn't been sent RFE yet

Please. I know there are a few of us out there. I called the USCIS and spoke to someone requesting a new IMBRA RFE be mailed but the person told me that none has been sent. What I'm confused about is that there have been people who have NOA1's around the same time as mine (June 14th) who received their RFE's back in June and already turned them in, yet my case hasn't even been touched. Not sure when to contact my Senator on this, so I'd like to know how many others have yet to receive their IMBRA RFE.

Still no RFE for us, starting to get a little worried seeing everyone in my time frame has theirs.

I understand that, Mike. What is peculiar though is there have been numerous June applicants who did receive IMBRA RFE's. June is unique like March because it was around June 6th that the new, updated post IMBRA I-129F became available. I'm thinking that USCIS assumed that any petitions received after that date would be on the new form and not the old. Then, perhaps they planned to set those aside until all the IMBRA affected petitions got their RFE's mailed off to them. This is all pure speculation on my part, but it does make sense if you look at the pattern.

As far as the March petitions which have yet to receive the IMBRA RFE's - perhaps some of them just got buried in the shuffle, especially if they were transfered from one of the other Service Centers?

I called USCIS as well as followed up with an email to CSC last week and since then I've had 3 touches already. Also, when I talked with the person on the phone and asked if it would be okay to send in the new I-129F form as an amendment to my file, she told me as long as I make it clear with a sticky on the front and include my original NOA1 receipt number, it should be okay. I'd recommend all those March applicants to do the same. What have they got to lose? It cost me $8 to send it Priority Mail with return receipt.
