Yeah i know a couple who went through that process, he guy did his POE maybe a month ago. I don't think they knew about that website!! It's totally crazy. I can't understand how u can go through that process without knowing/using VJ, it's impossible hehe.

01/12/2011: GreenCard approved!!!!

Green card expiration date: 01/05/2013
Sent ROC package to VSC: 11/16/2012
NOA1: 11/20/2012

Approval: 04/29/2013!!!!

YAY!! Just got off the phone with DOS and our P3 is officially logged in as of May 4, 2010 :dance: :dance: :dance:

Yeeeehhhaaawwww!!! Plus my honey comes in tonight...happy happy day!!! :thumbs::luv:

I felt so sorry for the CR1 couple who was interviewing at Montreal on Monday, May 3, and they didn't have their xpresspost envelope. Having VJ around has helped decrease my stress by leaps and bounds. People obviously make it to America without VJ but I am glad I have VJ to reassure me that what I am going through is NORMAL.

I think I'm gonna wait until tomorrow to call... Gosh, I think I'm gonna cry if they give me an interview date!!! I would just love for them to give it to me now, or at least next week when Chris will be here! :luv:

Hey all, i know i've been mia for a bit since getting married :) trying to settle into the new swing of things and get all my us i.d. so i feel somewhat legal again lol.

Glad to see some of you have been logged in woot! As for the rest of you it will be here soon :) From the recent batch of us k1's it looks like it took anywhere from 1-2 months around to get our interview dates. So don't worry you'll get them soon!

As for the tax info for the i-134, just a bit of advice. If you print off any copies from turbo tax or h&r etc. you MUST make sure the w2's are with it. we made photocopies of them and brought the originals with us for David's 2010 taxes. They wont accept just the pdf printout alone. Also IRS was pretty quick to send us out his last 2 years of transcipts. took less than 2 weeks if i recall.

Awww...Knowing that you made it alright and are now with your loved one makes me hope that soon -hopefully- I too will be back home!

Thank you for the info about the tax returns. Chris has asked for them too, and like you, it took about two weeks to get them back.
