My husband just sent our I-130 for our IR1/CR1 application yesterday and he uses an express delivery. We just found out that he sent it to

USCIS

Attn: FBAS

131 South Dearborn- 3rd Floor

Chicago, IL 60603-5517

and not the

SAI-130

131 South Dearborn-3rd Floor

Chicago, IL 60603-5517

My friend said it was the wrong department as we have to sent it to SAI-130, now my question is are we in trouble? Does our application will not be able to process and don't they pass it to the right department? Do we have to call them yet? Thank you for all your help!

Probably what they will do Is send the whole package back to you and you will have to send it to the right location you will also receive an NOA1 stating wrong address If your lucky it will get forwarded to right department so just be prepared It happened to me when i sent my I129 after sending my I130 to right place
