It really depends if you want to risk an RFE for signature missing or not. Not everyone will say unsigned and not everyone will say signed. Some people even have issues signing papers with black ink and get RFE saying its not an original signature.

for the OP, I've never heard that is possible submit unsigned forms. My personal advice, if you don't want to take the risk for delaying your process, send the original and signed forms.

Just received I-797 Notice of Action and was approved. I sent in her scanned 325a with her signature. Worked for us.

I know this post is a few months ago, but is it true you need a signed G-325a from the fiance?

I would imagine things would have changed since 2005 because of 9/11 terror attacks?
