i filed i130 sept 2009 when i was LPR i updated my case on march 2010 when i became a citizen only to get an email today stating....On April 2, 2010, the post office returned your document I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN as undeliverable. If you do not contact us at 1-800-375-5283 within 180 days from April 2, 2010, this document will be destroyed and you will need to file a new application with fee.....i called them and the first person i talked to couldnt help i was transfered to i think csc and the person also keep stating dont show anything and doesnt show the update was done i informed i got confirmation letter thats when he said it was done and should wait till next friday now am confused,what should i do?
