O.K..........There IS NO such thing as coincidences!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When you push hard enough......something gives.............

One day after the Director of the CSC receives my certified, return receipt, next day delivery letter, I get touched for the first time in 127 days!!!!!!!!!!!This was my info........

"On August 2, 2006, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

This was the letter that did it. If you don't like the wording......change it.....but send something NOW........stop waiting .........

My name is _____________. I have filed a petition for a K-1 fiancée visa with the USCIS. My receipt was received on ______________ and it stated that my file is located at the California Service Center. My receipt number is “ #_____________. “.

I filed my petition on the old petition forms after the new IMBRA took effect on March 6, 2006. Due to the new IMBRA, I understand that I need a RFE (request for evidence) to be filled out so that my application can be updated. To date, I have not received my RFE. I understand that all the RFE’s were sent out to the petitioners on or about July 1st.

I have a number of friends who have petitions with the California Service Center and they all received their RFE’s and have returned them.

Director Poulos, please look into my file and forward my RFE so that I can be current with the USCIS. I have already surpassed the 120-day processing time for this type of petition.

Thats it all my March brothers and sisters in the trenches...........so I recommend that you all copy this letter NOW........type it up and get it in the mail certified and return receipt and next day TOMORROW!!!!!!!! It cost me about $ 26.00...........But it was worth the touch!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now I know that my file has not fallen behind the filing cabinet!!!!!!!!!!

As much as I would love for that to be the case YnaYe........it's not likely......I still am waiting for my RFE!!!!

But baby......let me tell you, when I saw how much reaction I recieved from them in that short amount of time.......I am just warming up now>>>>>>No way I'm gonna wait for 30 days for the RFE. I will give them 7 days then I act again and again........then I'll go for the NOA2.........then the NVC.........then to Moscow...

It's called FAITH and CONFIDENCE.....and all of a sudden, I feel juiced up tonight!!!

I am very tired of my nickname......and so is she......!!!!!
