Went on the AOS interview and got approved.(Interesting interview,

I will definitely post about it...)

The same day later we have received my wife's EAD, and realized that

the DOB is incorrect on it.

Checked all the applications, and seen that the DOB on the I-765 and the

I-485 are messed up by seven days.

It's totally our fault, and I hate ourselves for it.

Should have checked it better, before we sent it in.

Now the question is, whenever we're going to receive her GC,

it will most-likely have the incorrect DOB.

How can we fix this?

I-90?

There's only one mistake option on that application to check,

and that's if the mistake was made by USCIS.

But it was our mistake, so IDK what to do...

Unfortunately, the I 90 is your only option since it was your mistake.

I see that the form doesn't have a space for a mistake that was yours - geez! My GUESS would be to check the 'My name or other biographic information has changed since the card was issued' option; then, enclose a letter stating that you had filled in the birth date incorrectly on the I 485 - that it shows x date but should be y date.

Unless someone here has had this happen to them and has a better suggestion! :)

Personally I would select option d.

Technically this IS a USCIS error. They would have had her correct birthdate on the K1 stuff. They failed to confirm her information, and whoever entered the card info didn't check her birth certificate.

You would need to include her birth certificate with it, and perhaps a small statement explaining the error. It seems very odd that you made the mistake twice so it wasn't a typo, you didn't know the birthday it appears but I highly doubt they'll mention it.

The reason you cannot do what the PP suggested is because you would need to show proof of the change from that on the card, to the "new" one... kinda like changing your name. You haven't CHANGED anything, it's a correction. The should have checked the birth cert.
